3. Tracking Your Order

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms a package has been lost, we will offer either:

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items

Benjamin cannot guarantee recovery of packages shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before shipment.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check around your property

  • Contact neighbors or building management

  • Allow 1–2 business days for final delivery updates

If the package is still missing, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.


9. Delivery Guarantee

  • Lost in transit

  • Significantly delayed beyond normal delivery timeframes

  • Delivered damaged

  • Delivered incorrectly
