3. Lost Packages

If your package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, or if tracking information indicates the shipment has been lost in transit, Benjamin will provide:

4. Significant Shipping Delays

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

If tracking information shows no meaningful movement for more than 30 consecutive days after shipment and the package is determined to be lost in transit, we will provide either:

  • A full refund

after completing our review with the carrier.


Situations Not Covered

To maintain fairness for all customers, this guarantee does not cover issues caused by customer-provided information or actions, including:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to respond to delivery attempts

  • Incorrect phone number or email provided

  • Ordering the wrong product, model, size, color, or variant

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking information shows that your package has been successfully delivered, please first:

  • Check around your property

  • Ask household members or neighbors

  • Contact your apartment office, front desk, or building management

If the shipping carrier provides verified proof of delivery, including delivery scans, GPS confirmation, or photographic evidence, the order will be considered successfully delivered and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Change of Mind Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

Please note:
